Our premier cake designer, Tracy Coleman has over twenty years experience as a sugar craft artist. Tracy's cakes have been served in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives, as well as some of the finest reception sites in Washington D.C., northern Virginia, and now Center County, Pennsylvania. She's also designed corporate logo cakes for events, such as the grand opening ceremonies for TARGET and Ashley Home furnishings. We are pleased to introduce Chef Steven Clemons, a graduate of Johnson Wales Culinary Arts Institute, who has designed an impressive repertoire of recipes. Feel free to browse through our site.
