Our premier cake designer, Tracy Coleman has over fifteen years experience as a sugar craft artist. Recently relocated from Fredericksburg, Virginia to the Centre County region, Tracy's cakes have been served in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives, as well as some of the finest reception sites in Washington D.C. and northern Virginia. She's also designed corporate logo cakes for events, such as the grand opening ceremonies for TARGET and Ashley Home furnishings.
